Looking for Care?
New Patients
- Project Access Washington County accepts new patients through the Essential Health Clinic in Hillsboro and Tigard, and through the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Centers in Hillsboro, Cornelius and Beaverton. Potential patients must be referred to Project Access Washington County through one of these clinics.
Eligibility
To be eligible for Project Access, a patient must:
- Have a confirmed medical need
- Be uninsured and ineligible for pubilcally funded coverage
- Have income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
Enrollment
- Patients who are not currently enrolled in Project Access but believe they may qualify are encouraged to contact the Project Access office for more information on requirements and how to obtain a referral.

Patient Rights and Responsibilities
- Once enrolled in Project Access, patients have a number of responsibilities to the PAWC program. A “Patient Rights and Responsibilities” document will be provided to every patient upon enrollment in Project Access Washington County. It is the patient’s responsibility to read through this document, and to understand and follow the expectations of the program.

Lost ID or Pharmacy Card
- If you have lost your Project Access Identification Card, or your Project Access Pharmacy Card, please call your Care Coordinator for a replacement: 503.352.7297
