Kaiser Permanente
Kaiser Permanente continues to support the Coalition through grants aimed at increasing the capacity of Project Access Multnomah County to provide coordinated specialty care for Coalition patients.
Pacific Source Health Plan
PacificSource Charitable Foundation has awarded the Coalition a grant to improve access to culturally and linguistically appropriate health services throughout Coalition Clinics. The grant provides interpretive services for Project Access patients. Reducing barriers to access needed health services is a joint goal of the Coalition and PacificSource.
