Project Access Multnomah County is not a HIPAA Covered entity, but we are dedicated to ensuring patient privacy protections are in place. As a health care provider, you are likely a HIPAA covered entity. Project Access Multnomah County will sign a Business Associate Agreements with clinics or individual physician practices to demonstrate our compliance with privacy regulations. We are providing a sample of our agreement for your use. Please contact us if you would like a signed agreement with our organization.
