PANOW is now hiring a Director of Equity and Advocacy

By February 17, 2021 No Comments

For the last 13 years, Project Access NOW (PANOW) has been working to create access to care, services, and resources for those most in need across Oregon and SW Washington. In order to continue to improve our communities’ health, and to best weather the numerous challenges faced over the past year, PANOW must grow and change both internally and externally. It is with great excitement and hope for the new year that we introduce our – nearly complete – new executive team, which will guide the vision and mission of the organization for years to come.

A sincere thank you – to all the partners, healthcare providers, board members, donors, and more – who have helped PANOW become the organization it is today.

Carly Hood-Ronick, Executive Director (she/her)

Over the past decade, Carly has worked at the intersection of policy and public health. Prior to joining PANOW, Carly led strategy and implementation of social determinants of health and Medicaid engagement efforts alongside community health centers across Oregon, as a Director at the Oregon Primary Care Association.

Stephanie Marson, Director of Programs (she/her)

After working for several local not-for-profits with a focus on community, education, child advocacy, and health care, Stephanie joined PANOW in 2015. Over the years, she has held a variety of roles in the organization. As Director of Programs, Stephanie will oversee internal programs, including program integration to improve organizational effectiveness and reporting with community partners.

Greg Sutliff, Director of Finance and Operations (they/them)

Prior to joining Project Access NOW, Greg spent five years at The Street Trust, a Portland-based nonprofit focused on active transportation, where they served as Finance and Operations Director and later, Co-Executive Director. Greg is passionate about racial and social justice and, in particular, working to identify the many ways in which an equity lens can inform financial and operational decisions within organizations.

Marilyn Hartzog, Director of Human Resources (she/her)

Marilyn joined PANOW after a long career as an executive director, a senior manager, and an organizational development consultant for nonprofits in California and Oregon. Prior to beginning her nonprofit career, Marilyn attended Laval University in Quebec City, Canada where her first career was in international hospitality and tourism marketing. Marilyn became passionate about social justice and racial equity upon her return to the United States.
