Ifeoma’s background is in health policy research and health services delivery and her passion is improving population health for the underserved through health systems strengthening. In her current role as Director of Community Health Partnerships at CareOregon, Ifeoma’s focus is improving overall health and wellbeing among the health plan’s members and their communities through strategic partnerships with community-based organizations in the Portland Metro area. She also holds an adjunct faculty position at the OHSU/PSU School of Public Health where she instructs graduate-level courses in the Health Systems and Management Program.
Outside work, Ifeoma loves singing, running, and enjoying quality time with friends and family.
