Steve joined Tuality Healthcare, Hillsboro Medical Center in early 2022 as General Counsel. Before Hillsboro Medical Center, Steve served as legal counsel at Oregon Health &Science University (OHSU) for 17 years advising leadership on regulatory matters, complex transactions, and a wide variety of other issues facing the academic health system. Steve’s prior experience in health care regulatory, transactional and legal matters includes private practice with the law firm of Cooney & Crew, LLP in Portland and Lake Oswego, Portland Adventist Medical Center, and PacificCare of Oregon. Steve is a graduate of Oregon State University and University of San Diego School of Law.
