As a healthcare leader with Kaiser Permanente, she has spenther career improving hospital operations, care coordination, and access to qualitycare for patients across all backgrounds. Her commitment to equity andcompassion aligns closely with Project Access NOW’s mission to remove barriersto care and address the social factors that impact health. Nichole believesthat lasting change happens when hospitals and community partners worktogether, and she is honored to help strengthen those connections as a memberof the board.
Outside of her professionalrole, Nichole loves to travel, enjoys reading and is a self-proclaimed foodie.
