Rosalind (Rozie) Lindsay will be rejoining OHSU December 15 as Vice President of Ambulatory Care and Access Services. Rozie brings nearly two decades of experience in health care operations and technology leadership. She began her career at OHSU in research and starting the scribe program (which still exists!), and earned her MBA through the OHSU/PSU Healthcare Administration program.
Prior to this role, Rozie served as Senior Director of Technology Strategy & Planning for Optum’s West region where she led large-scale ambulatory access, Epic and operational uplift initiatives across nine states. She also held operations leadership roles at OCHIN, where she led Epic implementations for safety net providers and Kaiser Permanente as a Specialty Care Practice Director. Earlier in her career, Rozie worked across informatics, operations, and technology, maintaining a laser focus on balancing clinician, staff, and patient experience to improve access and outcomes.
Rozie is an active leader in Oregon’s health care and technology community, serving as Healthcare Chair for the Technology Association of Oregon. She lives in Portland with her husband and twin first graders and is passionate about advancing equitable access to care across the state. In her free time she loves to run, explore Oregon and enjoy a great meal with family and friends
