Emily Barclay is the Director of Population Health at OHSU Health. Emily works with a diverse and experienced team of leaders advancing population health strategy. In her role, Emily develops key programs and initiatives across the OHSU Health System aimed at ensuring patients receive high quality, cost-effective care. Many of these initiatives are aimed at underserved populations where health disparities are most glaring. Emily’s role includes quality improvement, preventive health outreach programs, population health, and the data and analytics used to drive continuous improvements in care delivery. Emily has spent the last 10 years leading Primary Care transformation and has a strong passion for keeping Primary Care relationship-based models at the forefront of our health care delivery system.
Outside of work Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and son, Jack.
