
As Director of Digital Experience for CareOregon, Jennifer oversees digital experience for Medicaid members, low-income duals and provider partners. This includes listening to the voice of the customer, understanding how to better meet their needs, and improving access to care through digital tools.
Jennifer’s public health and healthcare quality background includes leading network engagement for the 5 Million Lives Campaign, a national hospital quality program at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. She also served at Seattle & King County Public Health in strategic and business operations roles for The Northwest Healthcare Response Network, which coordinates disaster preparedness and response in the region. Her prior leadership experience includes leading business development, geographic expansion efforts and Medicare Market strategy at Kaiser Permanente Northwest.
Jennifer has a M.S. in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a B.A. from Yale University in History of Science & History of Medicine.
